We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. This individual will take ownership of office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities while representing our company professionally. The ideal candidate will have an ownership mentality, be tech-savvy, and excel at problem-solving without hand-holding.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly lunch arrangements and monthly staff dinners.
- Handle flight bookings and last-minute travel requests.
- Greeting visitors.
- Provide assistance to leadership, especially for ad-hoc needs in the office.
- Collect and manage mail when team members are out of the office.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve office-related issues, such as lighting or external IT support for network setups.
- Support team onboarding processes, including ordering necessary equipment.
Requirements
- Work Hours:
- Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM or 10 AM-7 PM, with flexibility for weekend tasks (e.g., last-minute bookings).
- First-in, last-out mindset is preferred.
- Key Attributes:
- Ownership mentality with a focus on taking care of people.
- Problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.
- Professional and presentable demeanor to represent the company.
- Tech-savvy and capable of managing basic office IT-related issues.

- Smart casual attire required.
- Willing to manage occasional government runs if necessary.
Interview Process
