Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients
Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction
Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness
Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Higher Diploma and above
Fresh Graduates are welcomed
Candidate with QA working experience, expecially in F&B will be an advantage
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Outdoor work is required
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS office applications
Candidate with more experience might be considered as Senior Operations Executive
