Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients during store hours.
- Support training of cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
- Assist in upholding Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs to reduce inventory loss.
- Efficiently process shipments and maintain stockroom organization.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company policies.
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
- Adhere to sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
- Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Experience Requirements
1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation
Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
