- Collaborate with the finance department to track payments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Upload invoices and relevant documentation to the company's accounting system.
- Request documentation from suppliers for proper analysis and creation of profiles in the internal payment system.
- Provide support in inventory management, including conducting physical counts and reconciliation of records.
- Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions.
- Communicate with store operations teams to address specific requests and follow up on processes.
- Collaborate and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and track their payments.
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in a Finance, Administration, Economics, or Accounting program with at least two years remaining.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel.
