As a Palliative Care Consultant, you will provide expert consultation and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams, focusing on pain management, symptom relief, and emotional support. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients requiring palliative care and develop personalized care plans.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and ensure communication across care settings.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with an active medical license.
- Board certification in Palliative Care or Hospice Medicine.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in palliative or hospice care settings.
- Strong knowledge of pain management and palliative medicine principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
