Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Comply with all company policies.
- Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Strong client book management skills.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
Education Requirements
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
The compensation ranges from $21 to $25 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
