What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Planning team to ensure that Karo’s products are available for customers on time, every time. Your daily tasks will include:
- Supporting Planning Specialists in their day-to-day and weekly operational activities
- Arranging and coordinating transports to ensure timely deliveries
- Driving continuous improvements in the transport booking process
- Planning and managing future purchase orders (POs)
- Sending and following up on POs with suppliers
- Monitoring deliveries and ensuring data accuracy in our systems (S099)
- Performing data analysis and proposing action plans based on findings
- Managing master data to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in international trade, shipping, or supply chain operations
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain or Logistics processes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills – confident in managing and analyzing data
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
