We are now seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Payroll & Data Analyst to join our HR team and play a key role in establishing and driving HR data analytics across the organization, while providing supporting contributions to payroll and benefits operations.

The Payroll & Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for building, organizing, and maintaining the HR data analytics and reporting structure, helping the HR team shape a more data-driven future.
This is a newly introduced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, data, and systems — and who is excited about the opportunity to create dashboards, models, insights, and data processes from the ground up.
In addition to this core analytical responsibility, you will support the accurate execution of payroll and benefits processes, ensuring consistency and reliability across HR operations.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design, structure, and implement the overall HR data analytics framework for the department
- Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze HR & payroll data from multiple systems and sources
- Build dashboards and automated reporting solutions (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to monitor KPIs such as absenteeism, overtime trends, payroll cost distribution, workforce metrics, and benefits utilization
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency across HR datasets
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic HR and Finance decision-making
- Drive digital HR initiatives and contribute to workflow automation and process improvements
- Provide data-driven input to forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning discussions
- Act as the data expert within the HR team, supporting colleagues through clear analysis and visualized insights
Payroll & Benefits
- Provide support in the preparation, processing, and validation of the monthly payroll cycle (ERGANI, OAED, SCAN HRMS, etc.)
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation
- Maintain and update payroll records and systems under the guidance of the payroll team
- Support the management of employee benefits programs (health insurance, allowances, and other schemes), including updates and documentation
- Respond to payroll & benefits-related inquiries, offering clear and professional support to employees
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to support seamless and compliant payroll & benefits processes
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, HR Reporting, Payroll support, or similar roles
- Excellent command of Greek and English (minimum B2 level or equivalent)
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable
- Experience with payroll systems (preferably SCAN HRMS) will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data processing will be a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong confidentiality ethics
