Responsibilities
- Manage the regional events calendar and budget.
- Support store initiatives and develop recommendations for new initiatives.
- Research and assist with design elements for event concepts, invitations, venues, and décor.
- Prepare all aspects of events, including coordinating with vendors for printing and mailing of invitations.
- Coordinate catering, champagne, flowers, and assist in event preparation and execution.
- Ensure feedback reports are completed and available for all stores.
- Track and report the success of events on a per-store basis throughout the region.
- Partner with Retail/VIC teams to manage private client relations initiatives.
- Manage images and movies for reporting and draft event reports for local team and HQ.
- Work closely with the PR team to support daily needs such as managing sample calendar and traffic.
- Assist in maintaining the press showroom and support influencer seeding processes.
- Draft clipping and seeding reports for local team and HQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in events.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency with computers, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet short deadlines.
- Decision-making ability without close supervision.
- Ability to ask questions and report to align closely with teams.
- Efficiency in handling detailed work assignments.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination is required, with a strong emphasis on luxury brand events.
