About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst who supports the Product Owner and Scrum Team in ensuring smooth, structured, and high-quality product delivery. This role focuses on clarification of requirements, detailed analysis, readiness for development, and cross-team coordination—helping the team deliver increments efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Be Doing
Backlog Readiness & Requirements Clarification
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure user stories are clear, detailed, and development-ready.
- Break high-level requirements into structured tasks, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Gather functional details from internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Ops, Engineering) to complete story definitions.
- Maintain documentation, flows, and supporting materials needed for delivery.
Sprint Planning & Delivery Support
- Support refinement sessions by providing detailed functional insights.
- Identify dependencies, constraints, and risks early to prevent delivery blockers.
- Ensure teams have the necessary information to start development without ambiguity.
- Work with QA and Engineering to validate understanding of expected behavior.
Quality & Acceptance Validation
- Support the Product Owner in defining and refining acceptance criteria.
- Participate in review of completed stories to ensure they meet functional expectations.
- Assist in validating features against business rules, banking processes, and compliance needs.
- Coordinate with QA on test scenarios and provide clarity on business logic.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as an operational bridge across departments to gather clarifications and business rules.
- Ensure alignment between business units and the Scrum Team when new information arises.
- Track functional impacts and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Delivery Improvement
- Identify recurring gaps or blockers and propose improvements to refinement and delivery processes.
- Maintain and update product documentation for new features, flows, and rule changes.
- Support the team in improving predictability, clarity, and quality of increments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent skills in structuring requirements and communicating complex logic clearly.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Compliance, Risk).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inputs and translate them into clear delivery work items.
