We are looking for a Product Operations Assistant to support Ferryhopper’s Product team in their daily operations and help us deliver outstanding user experiences. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UX Copywriters, and User Researchers, supporting them in the creation and improvement of product features and content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves organizing, writing, analyzing user behavior, and being at the intersection of user research, content, and product management.
Your work will help ensure that the right insights reach the right people, that our localization processes are smooth, and that our users’ needs are clearly understood and translated into better product experiences.
