RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the product roadmap - defining product requirements, prioritizing features and working closely with the team to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Develop and implement a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, driving actions and initiatives that encourage user acquisition, engagement, and retention while scaling.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
- Define key measurements and monitor product performance against key metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including C-level, developers, designers, Operations and marketing.
- Drive user testing and experimentation (A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel optimization) to refine product features and ensure impactful releases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2C tech companies with hands-on user-facing product experience.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, particularly with freemium and self-serve product models.
- Proven ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and translate them into clear, measurable product goals that drive decision-making and iterative improvement.
- Hands-on experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and PostHog.
- Great communication and storytelling skills to communicate product vision and strategies to steak holders and team members.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
