Own the GTM Workflow: Act as the project lead for Go-To-Market (GTM) launches for Tier 1 AI apps. You are the "Initiator" who gathers product details and kicks off the marketing machinery.
Develop Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, human-centric value propositions. Define user personas and core messaging frameworks that resonate with early adopters and mass-market users.
Bridge Product & Marketing: Serve as the primary liaison between the Product/Engineering teams and the Marketing Department. Translate technical feature updates into clear marketing briefs for the Content and Creative teams.
Market Intelligence & AI Trends: Conduct deep competitor analysis and user research specifically within the generative AI landscape. Identify feature gaps and market opportunities to inform the Product Roadmap.
Create Enablement Assets: Build and maintain the "source of truth" documents for all apps, including partnership decks, sales "one-sheets," and the master copy strategy for App Store/Play Store listings.
Sales & Growth Enablement: Equip the User Acquisition and Growth teams with the right angles, hooks, and selling points to lower CAC and improve conversion rates.
Analyze & Iterate: Monitor the performance of launches and feature updates. Use data to refine messaging and report back to the "Growth Council" on what is resonating with users.
Requirements
AI Fluency: Deep understanding of the current AI landscape (Generative AI, LLMs, Chatbots). You should be a power user of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc., and understand how to market them.
Mobile App Ecosystem: Solid understanding of the mobile user journey, ASO (App Store Optimization) basics, and mobile monetization models (Freemium, Subscription, IAP).
Data Literacy: Ability to interpret data from tools like Amplitude, SensorTower, or Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write punchy, persuasive "product copy" (taglines, value props, feature bullets).
Project Management: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com to manage complex GTM timelines.
