We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner – Hotels to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our hotel vertical. You will drive a seamless end-to-end customer journey across Search → Compare → Booking → Post-Stay while collaborating with engineering, supply, UX, analytics, and operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong OTA/hospitality tech experience, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for creating exceptional booking experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the product vision for the hotels vertical.
- Build and manage the product roadmap for Search, Content, Booking, Payments, and Post-Stay.
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
- Enhance end-to-end user experience through UX improvements and A/B testing.
- Manage supplier integrations (Juniper, Travolutionary, Expedia, etc.).
- Improve pricing accuracy, content consistency, and mapping quality.
- Analyze funnel metrics and translate insights into product improvements.
- Optimize post-booking flows (modifications, cancellations, refunds).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
- 5–7 years of experience in OTA, hospitality tech, or related e-commerce product roles.
- Strong understanding of supplier integrations, mapping, content structure, and pricing models.
- Experience with XML/REST APIs, performance optimization, caching & CDNs.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience including backlog & stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
