Manage the production budget (FTE and material consumption).
Ensure execution of the planned production schedule (liquid preparation and bottling) in line with company standards for quality, safety, health, environment, cost, and customer service.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of changeovers (format/product) according to defined standards.
Accountable for daily QHSE records as well as equipment and bottling line stoppages.
Ensure delivery of autonomous maintenance programs (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening) carried out by production operators.
Responsible for implementing process upgrades according to regulatory requirements and internal HSE and hygiene procedures.
Create and update procedures, OPLs, and visual standards across production areas.
Maintain cleaning and sanitizing standards for equipment and systems according to quality specifications.
Responsible for implementing the annual CAPEX plan related to production processes and equipment.
Accountable for health, safety, and environmental matters within the department.
Lead the Daily Performance Review (DPR) process.
Manage the production team, including shift scheduling, availability, and days off, in accordance with employment contracts and internal policies.
Deliver reports on equipment and labor efficiency to identify losses, set priorities, and define actions for resource optimization.
Analyze waste and lead improvement projects to reduce deviations from standard consumption levels (Bill of Materials).
Develop and maintain skills matrices to identify competency gaps and drive training/coaching programs.
Coordinate and participate in problem-solving activities to reduce costs, enhance customer service, and improve quality (claims, internal non-conformities, non-quality costs) and HSE performance (injuries, near misses).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related scientific field preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and writing skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
Experience with computer programming or control systems is considered a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in beverage manufacturing with a focus on production management is preferred.
Solid knowledge of HSE legislation.
Fluency in English.
Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Project, Visio).
