Responsibilities
- Manage the initiation of production orders for each item according to the established plan and monitor their execution.
- Ensure short-term load/capacity management for all production units in coordination with other schedulers.
- Contribute to the gradual introduction of new products and processes in collaboration with planners, project managers, and production teams.
- Monitor action plans across various production interfaces to meet delivery objectives.
- Participate in finding solutions to accelerate workflow.
- Maintain and update master data while tracking relevant performance indicators.
Qualifications
- HES Engineer or ES Technician specialized in logistics or production, or equivalent training.
Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with decision-making tools.
- Excellent listening skills and communication proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and stress resilience.
Experience Requirements
Preferred experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain domain.
Education Requirements
