We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee complex programs from initiation through successful delivery.
Requirements
Define, plan, and execute programs aligned with organizational strategy and objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Establish program governance, including clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications to stakeholders
Proactively identify and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the program lifecycle
Identify, assess, and monitor program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Manage program budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met
Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
Mentor and guide project managers and team members within the program structure
