Role overview:
We are looking for a Programmatic Partner Manager to strengthen our advertising operations and help drive monetization across Titan OS’s programmatic ecosystem. Reporting to the Programmatic Lead, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with our SSPs, resellers, and sales house partners — ensuring smooth operations, consistent revenue delivery, and alignment between the demand, supply, and ad operations teams. Your goal will be to monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to Titan’s broader monetization strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of SSPs, resellers, and sales houses.
- Build and maintain strong commercial and operational relationships with each partner.
- Ensure alignment between technical, operational, and commercial teams on all partner activities.
- Monitor revenue, CPMs, fill rates, and bid activity across partners and geographies.
- Identify performance anomalies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Ad Operations on campaign delivery, troubleshooting, and inventory optimization.
- Support brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention efforts across Titan’s inventory.
- Assist the Programmatic Lead in identifying new monetization levers, product opportunities, and process improvements.
Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
- 2–4 years’ experience in programmatic advertising, account management, or publisher monetization.
- Good understanding of the CTV/Video ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, resellers, data, and measurement).
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and transform insights into action.
- Experience using ad tech dashboards and analytics tools (Equativ, BI software …).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or French a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for CTV, AdTech, and programmatic innovation.
