We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at iSchool, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project resources, ensuring they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates and status reports to all relevant parties.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within the defined project scope.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management practices and enhance team efficiency.
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to problem solve, determine priorities, and make decisions confidently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage project budgets and resources.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
