We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to coordinate internal projects and provide executive support. This is a hybrid Project Manager / Executive Assistant role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys driving clarity, structure, and results.
You’ll work closely with leadership across departments like Product, Development, and Research—owning inboxes, calendars, team updates, and follow-ups.
We are looking for a Project Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. This hybrid PM/EA position supports leadership with project coordination, executive logistics, and cross-team alignment. Ideal for someone organized, proactive, and remote-savvy. Native-level English is required.
