VisibleThread are looking for a manual QA analyst on contract to work as part of our Engineering team.
Your core responsibilities will include
- Perform functional integration and end-to-end testing for each engineering deliverable
- Develop test cases, test data, and metrics to ensure all testing requirements are met and documented.
- Create test automation scripts in RainforestQA
- Assist the development team in recreation of defects; Validate defect fixes based on documented defects. Participating in the team's agile planning & delivery process
- Ensuring the best User Experience possible.
Nice to have
· Experience working with test automation tools and technologies.
· Experience working with Jenkins.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in software quality assurance procedures and testing approaches in Agile product development teams
- Strong observation and analytical skills. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience diagnosing, reporting, and tracking quality issues
- 1+ years experience working with web applications.
- Familiarity with QA tools, preferably JIRA, Zephyr and Rainforest QA, bug tracking systems, test design, planning and execution
- Basic knowledge of HTTP and how web applications work.
