Core Responsibilities (EA Base)
Manage executive inbox and correspondence
Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments
Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips
Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings
Organize files, documents, and data for easy access
Book travel and manage itineraries
Conduct light research to support decision-making
Real Estate Emphasis Responsibilities
Manage MLS listings and property data entry
Coordinate transaction timelines and communication
Schedule showings, open houses, and vendor appointments
Create flyers, listing presentations, and marketing collateral
Post properties online and on social media
Handle client communication and follow-up
Research comps, market data, and neighborhood insights
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of real estate admin or transaction coordination experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills with agents, brokers, and clients
Highly organized, consistent, and proactive in managing property timelines and marketing tasks
Problem-solver with attention to detail — ensures contracts, data, and tasks are handled accurately
Growth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scale
