- Welcome and provide an excellent first impression of the brand to all clients.
- Support the team by engaging with waiting clients and ensuring smooth client communication and experience.
- Manage the daily client appointment calendar and promote the appointment service as required.
- Advise clients across all product categories of the House.
- Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Receive and organize stock deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain an orderly and well-organized stockroom.
- Assist in setting up window and in-store displays, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
