Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the sales floor across multiple product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrances, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
- Support managerial activities, contributing to the development of commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, driving the team to achieve set goals.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
- Train and mentor new employees in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
Skills
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and budget management.
- Proficiency in daily analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional team management skills with a focus on achieving objectives and fostering team spirit.

Experience Requirements
