The RN Director, Med Surg Telemetry is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic planning, operational execution, and clinical excellence of the hospital's largest inpatient clinical areas. This role serves as a vital link between senior leadership and frontline staff, ensuring that high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care is delivered across all assigned units. The Director is the primary advocate for nursing practice and professional development within their service lines.

BLS required upon hire. ACLS required within 3 months.Certification in Nursing Administration (NE-BC or CNML) is a plus.Leadership TraitsExceptional ability to manage conflict, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and communicate clearly under pressure.Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.
