- Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across Shopify and multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Lazada, etc.), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Monitor marketplace compliance, resolving listing or policy issues promptly to maintain account health and sales performance.
- Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring seamless functionality, optimized user experience, and timely updates to products, collections, and promotional content.
- Process and track customer orders across all channels, coordinating with logistics and suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order-related issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, SEO-optimized content creation, and promotions to boost traffic and sales.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to recommend improvements in listings, pricing strategies, and the overall buying journey.
- Provide regular performance reports and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, IT) to drive ecommerce growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to maintain competitiveness and ensure best practices are applied.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience managing ecommerce operations across Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of order management, online merchandising, and ecommerce best practices, including SEO for ecommerce and conversion optimization.
- Experience in supporting end-to-end marketing campaigns, content creation, and enhancing digital customer journeys.
- High proficiency in Shopify (including Shopify 2.0), marketplace seller dashboards, and third-party integrations.
- Skilled in using data analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email automation) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments (marketing, logistics, design, and IT) to deliver results-driven ecommerce solutions.
