About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Commercial team and lead growth efforts in the Nordic markets.
In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and engaging high-value prospects to closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding handover. You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and the wider European sales team to grow Two’s presence in the Nordic region.
As we don’t currently have a local office for other locations than Oslo, this will be a remote remote role for other locations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales process: from prospecting to closing deals with mid-sized and enterprise customers across key verticals.
- Localise and represent Two’s brand in the Nordic markets—help shape our local go-to-market approach.
- Drive outbound sales activity and manage inbound lead qualification.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, articulating the value of our B2B payment solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, risk, and finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights to inform product and sales strategy.
- Maintain a well-organised and accurate pipeline in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and deliver clear sales forecasting.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS)
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Hunter mindset and hunger, willingness to continuously generate new contacts and leads, while progressing the more mature ones
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you know how to tailor your message to different audiences
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed—you’re always looking for ways to improve and grow
- Fluency in the native language of one of the locations and English is required
