<p>We’re hiring a <strong>GTM Specialist (Full Cycle AE)</strong> to drive the complete revenue lifecycle across our U.S. market. You’ll help prospects and customers understand WHO to contact, WHEN to reach out, HOW to connect, and WHAT to say — using Mixmax to orchestrate revenue motions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.</p>
<p>You’ll operate with a founder’s mindset — owning outcomes end-to-end, mastering our product, and shaping how GTM teams use Mixmax to accelerate productivity and revenue.</p>
<p>This role reports directly into Revenue Leadership and plays a key part in scaling our hybrid Product-Led + Sales-Led motion.</p>

<li>Improve our signal-based selling motion by identifying patterns in usage and intent</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product to surface GTM feedback directly from the field</li>
<li>Contribute to optimizing our full-cycle selling methodology and operational processes</li>

<li>Use Mixmax product signals to uncover expansion and new business opportunities</li>
<li>Run value-based discovery and guide buyers through a structured process</li>
<li>Architect deals using our PLAN selling methodology to move opportunities efficiently</li>
<li>Partner with CS to ensure successful onboarding and early retention signals</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product & RevOps to inform roadmap, messaging, and GTM strategy</li>
<li>Continuously refine outbound motion, messaging, and revenue playbooks</li>

<li>3–5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B SaaS</li>
<li>Proven track record driving both <strong>new business</strong> and <strong>expansion revenue</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of GTM functions and how they work together</li>
<li>Experience closing 30–45 day sales cycles with precision</li>
<li>Ability to translate technical workflows into clear business value</li>
<li>Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, remote environment</li>
<li>Strong process discipline and familiarity with structured selling methodologies</li>
<li>CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven operating mindset</li>
<li>High ownership, high accountability, and a bias toward action</li>
