We are MIRA Search, a recruiting agency, seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst for our client—a technology company that develops and implements advanced blockchain ecosystems and products worldwide. Their solutions help clients tackle a wide range of challenges, from rapid digital asset distribution to building multi-level infrastructures for international corporations and government projects.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing a complete set of documentation and artifacts in accordance with BABOK methodology, including BRD (Business Requirements), PRD (Product Requirements), FRD + NFRD (Functional and Non-functional Requirements), Use Cases, FSD (Functional Specifications), Process Models, Transition Requirements, etc. The role involves a lot of hands-on work, including independent creation of diagrams, documents, and presentations under tight deadlines.
- Engaging with key project stakeholders, including representatives from government institutions.
- Detailing and shaping the project framework, including descriptions of goals, tasks, and integration layers.
- Establishing communication channels and relationships between all project participants.
- Managing and analyzing requirements, identifying contradictions, and resolving them.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Experience in the blockchain or fintech domain.
- Deep understanding of BABOK methodology with at least 3 years of experience in creating its artifacts.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with various business process modeling notations (BPMN, IDEF0, EPC).
- Experience in building UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence, class).
- Ability to work with different types of diagrams (context diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), ER diagrams).
- Knowledge of processing technologies and distributed ledgers.
- Experience with banking sector management methodologies.
- Experience working with requirement management systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- English proficiency at B1-B2 level.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders, including government representatives.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
