<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations, Warehousing, & Fulfillment to lead end-to-end warehousing and fulfillment operations nationally, ensuring flawless execution of international inventory flows through efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operations. You’ll also work to grow our international third-party logistics (3PL) presence in order to provide best-in-class service for B2B buyers and sellers.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>U.S. Warehousing & Fulfillment Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee all daily operations in our existing NJ and LA distribution centers, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and returns processes</li>
<li>Accurately forecast warehouse volume and build monthly and weekly operational plans, ensuring the warehouse is optimally staffed and incremental costs can be anticipated</li>
<li>Implement, monitor, and refine KPIs and SLAs, including, but not limited to: order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and warehouse productivity</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as layout optimization, lean process adoption, cycle count programs, and performance dashboards</li>
<li>Assess warehouse network and potential future warehouse locations, including site selection, layout, and suitability for scaling operations. Make recommendations based on cost, efficiency, and alignment with business growth.</li>
<li>Collaborate with our broader Operations teams and Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to support the optimization of our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Order Management System (OMS)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3PL Coordination & International Logistics</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison with international 3PL partners; conduct weekly operational syncs, quarterly business reviews, and performance audits</li>
<li>Establish, monitor, and enforce performance scorecards and SLAs through collaborative governance alongside the Business Operations team</li>
<li>Oversee inbound / outbound freight logistics, including routing guides, carrier selection, contract negotiations, freight cost optimization, and chargeback oversight</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strategic & Financial Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with the Business Operations and Finance teams to build and manage annual budgets and forecasts for warehousing, fulfillment, and 3PL services; track performance against financial targets and drive cost-saving initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate cross‑functionally to align operational plans with business goals and manage inventory flow effectively</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Leadership & Compliance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop on-site warehouse managers and individual team members across both U.S. hubs; build a high-performing, safety-first culture</li>
<li>Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all facilities and 3PL partnerships</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in supply chain or operations roles, with at least 5 years in multisite warehousing across the US, fulfillment, or 3PL management</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field; advanced certifications (APICS, Six Sigma, PMP) or Master’s degree preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Previous experience managing teams</li>
<li>Experience in branded or retail B2B / eCommerce environments</li>
<li>Proficiency with WMS and OMS platforms; strong data analysis and Excel competency</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style and project ownership across regions</li>
<li>Strong vendor management, negotiation, budgetary and cost-control skills</li>
<li>Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence</li>
<li>This role will be onsite in our warehouse in Secaucus, NJ and our NYC office in Mid-town </li>
</ul>
<p>Our target base compensation for this position is <strong>$180,000-$200,000.</strong> We value experience and are open to higher compensation for candidates with exceptional skills and background.</p>
