Requirements
5+ years of professional experience
Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep understanding of business goals
Exceptional technical design and technical communication skills
Strong proficiency with one or more programming languages (Typescript/React)
Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful
Able to negotiate trade offs between product and engineering priorities to maximize the business value of engineering effort
Excellent communication skills
Very collaborative environment and participation is important
Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, or refactoring
Have experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows or automation
