Role Overview
InVitro Capital is seeking a Senior IT Specialist with deep technical expertise and a proactive, automation-first mindset. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a basic IT support position. We’re looking for someone who thrives in cloud-native ecosystems, architecting scalable infrastructure, automating complex workflows, and driving operational excellence across InVitro Capital and its portfolio companies.
As a Senior IT Specialist, you will own and evolve our IT systems landscape, leading automation initiatives, securing endpoints, and resolving Tier 1–3 support escalations with precision and accountability. Your expertise will directly shape the security, scalability, and reliability of our operations across multiple fast-growing startups.
