Responsibilities:
Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration.
Translate the company's strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps.
Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to define KPIs and measure success.
Drive innovation in car financing and fintech integrations.
Prioritize features and manage trade-offs across competing needs and deadlines.
Mentor associate product managers and contribute to product culture and frameworks.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management — ideally in startups, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Data-driven decision maker with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
