Within one month, you will…
- Get familiar with Biometric Platform for Civil identification, technical architecture, current roadmap, and delivery context.
- Shadow product strategy sessions and observe how strategic goals are translated into features.
- Build relationships across Engineering, Delivery, and Solution teams.
- Review recent feature releases and QA practices to understand product expectations.
- Begin exploring stakeholder feedback loops and internal product communication processes.
Within three months, you will…
- Contribute to solution development in alignment with product strategy.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable, prioritized product initiatives.
- Lead planning and design of smaller features, ensuring feasibility and design alignment.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Project teams to break down project needs into product increments.
- Facilitate communication between teams and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Within six months, you will…
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of key features, including planning, coordination, and release readiness.
- Serve as the primary product contact for at least one engineering stream.
- Lead structured feedback collection from stakeholders and manage roadmap expectations.
- Partner with QA to uphold quality standards across product cycles.
- Evaluate current features against long-term product vision and sustainability goals.
Within one year, you will…
- Lead major product initiatives and shape solution long-term strategy.
- Drive feature development across multiple engineering streams and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
- Deepen stakeholder partnerships and improve feedback and delivery processes.
- Continuously refine product quality based on metrics and user feedback.
- Be a key cross-functional leader contributing to product culture and innovation
Requirements
About You
You are an experienced Product Owner or a technically strong individual eager to transition into product management. You combine an understanding of software development and architecture with strong communication and stakeholder skills. You thrive in agile environments, care about the user experience, and enjoy building impactful products through collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience (least 5 years) as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Strong technical background and understanding of software architecture
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience designing and managing complex product features
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-informed mindset
