We are expanding our Talent Management and Recruitment operations at 700Apps, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead our business growth in Saudi Arabia, specifically within white-collar and IT recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the KSA corporate and technology sectors, a solid track record in generating recruitment leads, and the ability to build long-lasting client partnerships.
• +5 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency.
• Mandatory: Experience dealing with Gulf clients (KSA/UAE/Qatar).
• Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders in GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently (not only account management).
• Familiarity with IT roles (Software, DevOps, Cloud, ERP…).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit monthly targets.
