The role is essentially the face of the company to our customers and dedicated to creating and applying an effective strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by forging solid client relationships.
Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive account plans for each client on a quarterly basis, ensuring a proactive and tailored strategy that supports client success and long-term engagement.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through strategic supplier engagement, expanding account value while aligning solutions to client needs.
Lead initiatives to improve the Relationship Management Net Promoter Score (NPS) by strengthening client relationships, addressing feedback, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Champion the adoption of new and innovative propositions, such as Integrated Health Management (IHM) solutions and streamlined invoicing processes, ensuring clients benefit from the latest advancements and value-added services.
