As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of a domain.
You’ll work closely with Tech, Data, Product team to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Build and Own Systems: Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure services or components, delivering features from spec to production.
Improve Code Quality: Write modular, reusable, and well-tested code, ensuring security and performance are considered by design.
Drive Incremental Design: Make design choices that balance short-term progress and long-term maintainability, contributing to shared system architecture (e.g. SDDs).
Ensure Delivery Reliability: Contribute to healthy CI/CD pipelines, and actively monitor and improve the runtime behavior of your code.
Debug and Resolve: Investigate complex issues across services and layers, using observability tools and root cause analysis.
Collaborate Widely: Work closely with Product, QA, Data, and DevOps to clarify requirements, align expectations, and iterate quickly.
Contribute Beyond Code: Participate in code reviews, share technical context, and support peer growth through mentoring or pairing.

Your profile:
Programming & Languages: You write clean, modular, extensible code using best practices (e.g. Java + Spring Boot, Python, ReactJS, React, SQL/NoSQL, etc.).
Architecture & Design: You document and design systems with clear, robust interfaces. You understand service boundaries and design patterns.
Data Structures & Algorithms: You select the right data structures, optimize code for performance, and reason about trade-offs.
CI/CD & DevOps: You manage and improve pipelines, integrate build/test/deploy tools, and monitor performance in production.
Testing & Security: You define testing strategies, write tests at multiple levels, and apply secure-by-design principles.
SRE & Observability: You build and maintain dashboards, define SLOs, and conduct post-incident reviews to improve system reliability.
