We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design, optimise, and govern the company's cloud, security, and infrastructure landscape. You will architect solutions across AWS, AliCloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, CRM systems, platform engineering, and backend services. This role requires deep technical experience and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in building scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and govern end-to-end cloud, infrastructure, and security architectures across AWS and AliCloud.
- Define solution patterns, infrastructure blueprints, integration models, and IaC/CI/CD standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to design and deliver new CRM platform from the ground up.
- Lead architecture for cloud networks, VPC/VNet design, routing, WAF, perimeter security, and HA compute/storage.
- Drive DevSecOps maturity, including automation, CI/CD optimisation, environment hardening, patching, and observability.
- Oversee identity, access, and security architecture, including IAM, key management, encryption, and Zero Trust controls.
- Translate vulnerability findings into remediation plans, secure configurations, and engineering standards.
- Partner with development, data, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and technical vision.
- Produce architecture documents, diagrams, technical reviews, and decision records for governance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and support key platform uplift initiatives.
Requirements
Whom We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience across cloud engineering, DevOps, security, systems engineering, or solution architecture.
- Strong experience designing secure, scalable architectures on AWS and AliCloud.
- Deep Linux systems knowledge and experience with automation tooling (Ansible, Terraform, scripting).
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, routing, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and modern infrastructure patterns.
- Experience with Databases (MySQL/MariaDB/Galera, PostgreSQL) and distributed systems.
- Ability to simplify complex architectural problems and drive cross-team alignment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead technical direction.
- Hands-on engineering mindset with a passion for building reliable, high-performance systems.
