As a Solution Engineer for Semine, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team by demonstrating the technical capabilities of our product and explaining how it can solve a customer's problems. You will act as a technical expert, bridging the gap between the sales team and the customer's technical environment.
To succeed, you should have in-depth product knowledge, understand the client’s technical infrastructure, and be able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as are excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities. You should also be adaptable to different client scenarios and enjoy collaborating closely with sales representatives to guide them through the sales process.
