Primary Responsibilities:
Work with Brixio and Cloudflare teams to architect, scope, and propose solutions to enterprise clients.
Deploy and manage Cloudflare solutions (Magic WAN, Magic Transit, Zero Trust, WAF, CDN, etc.).
Support L2/L3 escalation for Cloudflare incidents, configuration, troubleshooting.
Drive technical validation, proof-of-concept, and customer onboarding.
Provide configuration automation (Terraform preferred), CI/CD tooling collaboration.
Write SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams for reuse in PS/SE engagements.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in network engineering or security engineering
2+ years hands-on with Cloudflare platform (Magic WAN, Magic Transit, WAF, ZTNA)
2+ years client-facing (consulting, pre-sales, or TAM roles)
Familiar with high-availability network design, firewall migration, DNS security
Strong documentation habits and experience using Confluence/Jira/Git
