Requirements
5+ years in sportsbook QA, BA, Trading or Operations.
Deep understanding of sportsbook business and underlying mechanics: markets, feeds, odds, suspensions.
Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and lead change.
Strong QA mindset with focus on prevention, process, and stability.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure 24/7 environments.
