Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store and client goals.
- Coach and develop team performance, providing timely feedback and conducting regular check-ins.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and client service.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
