Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Drive sales by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Ensure that the store is visually appealing and organized according to brand standards.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management procedures.
Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within retail fashion management.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of retail metrics and financial acumen.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.
Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
