Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the store's business plan, focusing on marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with an emphasis on local market engagement.
- Stay informed about the local market and business environment, including competitor activities and luxury market trends.
- Provide feedback to the Retail Manager on product assortments, buying trends, and customer requests.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to Berluti's quality standards and selling ceremony.
- Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and productivity objectives, recognizing top-performing sales associates.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
- Manage the clientelling function proactively within the store.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about Berluti's products, history, and current news.
- Oversee training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession planning.
- Implement human resources policies and procedures, addressing staff issues appropriately.
- Provide the Retail Manager with monthly business reports, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Determine staffing needs and create schedules to ensure optimal coverage and traffic alignment.
- Manage the store's P&L, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plans, and operating profit.
- Meet all KPI objectives.
- Maintain Berluti's standards across store merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
Qualifications
- University graduate
- Minimum of five years of store management experience in the luxury fashion industry
Skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Strong team management abilities with a focus on motivating the team to drive performance
- Good analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
