Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Lead, train, and motivate store personnel
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, and hygiene
- Manage stock levels, cost control, and sales targets
- Support continuous improvement and company procedures
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or hospitality sector
- University or Technical degree (AEI/TEI) or equivalent
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and hands-on management style
Desired:
- Experience with POS systems and basic MS Office tools
- Flexibility and ability to manage shifting schedules
