Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising projects.
- Manage technical fit-outs and ensure the successful implementation of podiums and events.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including inventory oversight and fixture management.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to adapt creative visions into client experiences.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landlords to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Lead retrofit initiatives to enhance visibility and functionality at points of sale.
- Contribute to special projects such as pop-up stores and unique installations.
- Maintain sustainability in visual merchandising through effective lifecycle management of fixtures and props.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and project management within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Supervisory experience in a similar role.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and VM plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and resilient mindset with attention to detail and creative flair.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
Experience Requirements
3–4 years of experience in project coordination or visual merchandising within luxury retail or fast-paced environments.
Education Requirements
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
