Responsibilities
- Provide support to the management team to devise effective solutions for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Encourage performance management and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta's policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the store's organization and adherence to procedures.
- Enhance the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
- Build a privileged relationship with Client Advisors, contributing to a positive environment.
- Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in luxury retail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear, and leather goods.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Strong team spirit.
- Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
