We have an exciting opportunity for a Study Support Centre Advisor to join our operations team on a 12-month fixed term contract who will be the main point of contact for study volunteers with Our Future Health. This is an important role as you will be the voice of our organisation guiding our volunteers through their journey with our programme. This will involve working with volunteers, members of internal staff and external partners such as; Researchers, Nurses and GP’s in order to provide accurate information and advice. Within this role you will also have a fantastic opportunity to learn about our organisation and progress into other opportunities as we grow.
Our plan is to bring together 5 million volunteers from right across the UK who will be asked to contribute information to help build one of the most detailed pictures we have ever had of people’s health. Researchers will be able to use this information to make new discoveries about human health and diseases. So future generations can live in good health for longer.
You are someone that always strives to give excellent service and a positive experience. Your studies and career to date will have enabled you to build excellent rapport building skills with the ability to understand and discuss complex and at times sensitive issues. You’ll be naturally empathetic and able to inspire trust in others by communicating openly and clearly.
We’re looking for people that are not afraid to speak up in a constructive way and work with similarly passionate individuals that want to make a difference.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate some of the following in either voluntary or paid experience:
Join us - let’s prevent disease together.
