Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships for a growing eCommerce business. This role ensures smooth operations across warehouses, 3PL providers, and international shipping partners while supporting demand planning and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and 3PL providers.
- Reconcile inventory variances and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
Forecasting & Planning
- Assist with forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with operations and eCommerce teams.
- Place purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers based on forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor production timelines and proactively escalate delays or issues.
Logistics & Shipping
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL partners to manage freight bookings, customs, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate documentation for international shipments and customs clearance.
Supplier & Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and 3PLs to improve service and efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis
- Support regular reporting on supply chain performance, delivery timelines, and stock health.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement & Technology
- Assist with streamlining supply chain processes and workflows.
- Support the implementation of automation tools and integrations with platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, or similar.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Perform other role-specific duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within eCommerce or retail.
- Proven experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and international shipping. (Must have)
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining product SKUs, variants, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for bundled or kit products.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Shopify, DEAR Systems, or NetSuite is a plus.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role in eCommerce or retail.
