We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent. This is a key role that goes beyond typical recruiting — focusing on talent strategy, employer branding, market insights, and building long-term talent pipelines.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to open new roles and craft clear, targeted Job Descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing qualified shortlists.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Oversee onboarding & offboarding, including exit interviews.
- Design and implement the company’s long-term talent acquisition strategy.
- Coordinate external recruitment partners and headhunters.
- Strengthen employer branding through collaboration with Marketing/Operations.
- Build partnerships with universities, associations, and talent platforms.
- Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- High proficiency with Workable (ATS workflows, pipeline management, analytics).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives and building strong talent pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Solid interviewing & candidate assessment skills.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally in a managerial/strategic position.
- Experience working with external agencies and headhunters.
